INGREDIENTS:
- 400 g of strawberries
- 500 ml of whole milk very cold
- 60 g of sugar or any sweetener you prefer

Wash strawberries well under the stream of cold water and drain them.

Remove the plume green and cut them into quarters. Put them in a bowl with the sugar and let them rest for half an hour to an hour in the fridge, so that they soften, release their juice and the sugar dissolves.

Paraguayan and Peach Smoothie

Ingredients (For one person):
- 3 Paraguayans
- 3 peaches
- 1 dl of almond milk
- 5 peeled and toasted almonds
- Chia seeds
- Mint leaves

1. Peel the Paraguayans and the peaches. Remove the bones and cut each piece into four pieces.

2. Put in the blender glass the almond milk, the Paraguayans and the three peaches.

3. Bat well until everything is crushed. If it is too thick, you can add more milk or an ice cube.

4. Pour the smoothie in a tall glass, sprinkle the finely chopped almonds and chia seeds on top. To decorate it, place some mint leaves. Serve with a straw.

Green smoothie

Ingredients (For two people):
- 1 bunch of raw spinach
- 1 cucumber
- 1 apple
- 1/2 teaspoon of ginger powder
- 2 ice cubes
- 50 ml of water

1. Clean Well the leaves of spinach, cucumber and apple. Cut the cucumber into thin slices, reserving two to decorate. Remove the seeds from the apple and cut it into pieces.

2. Put in the blender glass the apple, the cucumber, half a teaspoon of ginger powder, a little water and two ice cubes. Beat and, once integrated, add spinach. Beat again.

3. Serves the smoothie in glasses decorated with a slice of cucumber.

Kiwi and Banana Smoothie

INGREDIENTS:
- 2 kiwis
- 1 banana
- 250 ml of cold milk
- sugar

PREPARATION: Peel the kiwis and chop. Add to the mixer with the rest of the ingredients and beat well.

These two fruits are rich in magnesium.

Peach, pineapple and apple smoothie

INGREDIENTS:
- 250 gr of fresh pineapple
- 250 ml of apple juice
- 250 gr of peach in syrup
- Fresh mint leaves

PREPARATION: form ice cubes with mint leaves inside. You just have to add the water to the bucket, place a mint leaf and freeze.

Peel the pineapple, chop it and crush it. Add the chopped peach with its syrup and apple juice.

Crush with the blender until you get a homogeneous preparation. Spread the shake in cold glasses and add the mint cubes.

Apple sorbet

INGREDIENTS:
- 2 green apples
- 2 red apples
- 200 g of sugar
- 4 dl apple juice
- 2 lemons
- 8 tablespoons crushed ice

PREPARATION: Wash the apples and chop them.

Place the red ones in a bowl and the green ones in another, reserve in the freezer until they harden.

Boil the apple juice with the sugar until a light syrup forms. Let cool.

Then squeeze the lemons.

Crush the green apple with half the syrup and half the lemon juice. Do the same with the red apple. Mix the two sorbets with crushed ice and serve.

Kiwi Milkshake

INGREDIENTS:
- 750 gr of kiwi
- 1 liter and a half of milk
- 150 gr of crushed ice
- some mint leaves
saccharin

PREPARATION: Peel the kiwik and chop. Place all ingredients, except crushed ice, in a beater glass and crush well. Serve in a glass and add the crushed ice. Garnish with some mint leaves. You can also crush some mint leaves if you like the taste.

Strawberry Coconut Smoothie

INGREDIENTS:
- 250 gr of strawberries
- 200 gr of grated coconut
- 1/2 liter of milk
- Sugar to taste
- Crushed ice
- Strawberries to decorate

PREPARATION: remove the tails and leaves of strawberries. Wash them and crush them with the blender.

Add the grated coconut, milk and sugar to taste and beat again until you have a homogeneous preparation.

Let cool in the fridge. Serve in tall glasses, accompanied by crushed ice and decorate with whole strawberries.

A detox juice: broccoli, spinach, celery and parsley

Broccoli is rich in fiber (satiating and eliminating toxins), spinach is very nutritious and hypocaloric, and celery and parsley, good diuretics. A very healthy detox version. It will help you lose weight.

INGREDIENTS:
- half raw broccoli
- fresh spinach leaves
- 1 celery
- 300 ml of cold water
parsley

PREPARATION: toss the broccoli into pieces and crush. It is the hardest vegetable. Add the rest of vegetables and water. Shake.

Pineapple, cherry and watermelon juice

INGREDIENTS:
- 800 gr of watermelon
- 500 gr of cherries
- 1 pineapple
- 1 lemon
- 1 piece of fresh ginger
- Mint leaves

PREPARATION: Peel the watermelon and remove the seeds. With a punch make some balls for final decoration on a skewer.

Peel and chop the pineapple and set aside some pieces to add to the skewers.

Bone the cherries. Peel and cut a piece of ginger. In the blender, reduce the pineapple, cherries (reserving some whole for skewers), ginger and watermelon until you have a homogeneous puree. Then go through a coarse strainer.

Spread in glasses and add some mint leaves and some pieces of ice. Assemble some pineapple, cherry and watermelon minibrochetas with the pieces that had been reserved.

Tropical juice with raspberries

INGREDIENTS:
- 4 oranges
- 2 handles
- 1 papaya
- 1 pineapple
- 100 gr of raspberries
- 4 sprigs of rosemary to decorate

Peel the pineapple and remove the central troco. Peel and bone the mangoes. Peel the papaya and remove the seeds. Squeeze the oranges.

Chop pineapple, mangoes and papaya. Put all the fruits in the blender glass and crush them until you get a fine and homogeneous puree. Add the orange juice and mix again.

Spread the juice in tall glasses, filling only one part (as in the photo). Add some raspberries to the juice. Prick the rest of the raspberries on the rosemary sprigs and decorate the juices with them.

Fruit smoothie with caramelized mango skewer

INGREDIENTS:
- 250 gr of pineapple
- 4 kiwis
- 1 medium handle
- 8 dl of pineapple juice
- 20 g of butter
- 20 g of sugar

PREPARATION: Preheat the oven to 180º C. To make the caramelized mango skewers, peel the mango, bone it, cut it into cubes and put it in a baking dish. Add the butter and sugar and bake about 20 minutes.

Remove from the oven and let cool. To form skewers, insert caramelized mango pieces into chopsticks.

Peel and chop the pineapple and the kiwis. Crush them until reduced to a fine puree. Mix with pineapple juice and let cool in the refrigerator. Distribute in the glasses and serve with the skewers, as in the image.
